Hi, I am Linda, the owner of and principal instructor at Cardio Kickfit.
One of the hardest things to do is to stick with a fitness routine. It's not easy. I get it! You and I know people who join a gym, lift weights, do cardio and some sit ups, but don't get the results they are looking for, and then give up feeling hopeless.
I want to personally invite you to try my cardio kickboxing system. I know you will find it different, invigorating and life-changing. Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people to gain confidence, flexibility and strength with my unique system -- a blend of Muay Thai and cardio kickboxing, set to music. Muay Thai! Kickboxing! “It sounds hard,” you say.
I am not going to pull any punches (no pun intended) with you. Like all great workouts, the fitness routines I offer are not a Sunday stroll in the park; they are designed to shape and tone your body, regardless of your current physical condition. All you need to bring to the game is determination and consistency.
My workout sessions will keep you moving as you punch and kick heavy bags for 30 minutes. Then, during an additional 15 minutes, you will slowly cool down with exercises that mix free weights and core strengthening. All this, in a fun and energetic environment.
The beauty of my cardio kickfit system is that you can take each set of exercises at your own pace, without being concerned about keeping up with the person at the bag next to you. I am always there to encourage and guide you. Before you know it, you'll be amazed at the progress you've made in a few sessions.
I was trained by a highly regarded 5th degree black belt in Reno, Nevada. Nearly a decade ago I started teaching at gyms around town and, eventually, I fulfilled my goal of owning a gym, opening a small space in Midtown Reno in 2014. As the gym's membership grew, so did the need for more space and Cardio Kickfit expanded into a larger facility where I train students of all ages and all fitness levels. Come join us!
